These Terms of Use govern your use of Nurse Shift and its hosted educational content. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Educational Use Only
- Nurse Shift is provided for education, training, and review.
- It does not provide patient-specific medical advice.
- Real patient care decisions must always be based on licensed professional judgment and local policy.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid access is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple.
- Subscription titles, billing periods, and pricing are shown in the app before you complete a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the app or App Store.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple.
Subscription Benefits
A paid subscription unlocks access to the full Nurse Shift training library, including all premium specialties and cases while the subscription remains active.
Content and Acceptable Use
- All app content, scenarios, and related materials remain the property of Nurse Shift unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the app or hosted content except as permitted by law.
Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the app available and the educational content useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all content is complete, current, or suitable for any particular exam, employer, or clinical environment.
Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features, scenarios, or subscriptions at any time. We may also revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurse Shift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
